How Does the Treatment Plan work?

• Patient calls or emails clinic to schedule an appointment
• After scheduling an appointment, the consultation will take place over the phone or via Skype
• The patient’s case is analyzed and an individualized treatment plan is created
• The individualized treatment plan and medications are couriered or mailed to the patient’s home
• Medications are sent out on a monthly basis, or as needed
• Unlimited follow-up appointments via phone or via Skype
